Our modern laboratory and test kitchen facilities are home to a
team of product developers who formulate a wide range of
innovative products. Once formulated, the team performs nutritional analysis and artwork development, and assures compliance to Quality Control standards from initial plant trials to full scale production. The Quality Assurance Group
ensures that all raw materials, packaging, and finished
products conform to Product Specifications.
Our facilities are Kosher Certified by OU and BCK, and Organic
Certified by QAI. Annual third party inspections of the
plant are conducted AIB and
FPA-Safe audits; our plants consistently achieve Superior or
First Class Ratings.
